Who runs this site
This website is run by Ali Fakhar as a sole trader. You can reach me at the email address below. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to any page. Please do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or its forms, and do not use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
Content and ownership
Unless a page says otherwise, the writing, case studies, images and brand mark on this site belong to Ali Fakhar. You are welcome to quote short passages with credit and a link to the page. Republishing whole articles or case studies, or using the name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement, needs my written permission. Company and tool names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to describe work done with or for them.
Not professional advice
Articles, the AI in marketing library and other material here are general information: written to be useful, but not tailored to your situation. Case study results describe what happened in one engagement, with its own market, budget and timing; they are evidence of past work, not a promise of the same outcome. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Enquiries and work
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Prices and package descriptions on the site are a starting point; any work is agreed separately in writing, and those written terms govern it. How enquiries are handled is set out in the privacy notice.
